Tras una inusual cata ceremonial, ocurre un suceso fatídico que dará un giro inesperado a los acontecimientos. Un teniente de la Guardia Civil, intuitivo, se hará cargo del caso y descubrirá la verdad detrás de los traumas de los pacientes.
